5 Weird Things People Have Requested For Their Funerals

The Man Buried In His Ferrari

In 2022, a Brazilian businessman named Count Scarpa—real name, apparently—was buried in his brand-new Ferrari. A hole was dug deep enough to accommodate the car, and Scarpa’s body was placed inside the vehicle, which was then lowered into the ground. The funeral was attended by family and friends, who watched as the £400,000 car disappeared into the earth. The photos went viral. The comments were merciless. The car was never recovered.
